Title: Kathleen's Mississippi Mud Cake

3/4 C Butter 1/2 C Whipping Cream 1/2 C Cold Coffee 4 Eggs 1 1/2 C Sugar 1/2 C Cocoa 1 3/4 C Flour 2 t Baking Powder 1/2 t Salt 1 t Vanilla 4 Milk Chocolate Candy Bars

Let butter, cream, coffee and eggs come to room temperature. Beat together at medium speed with electric mixer. Add remaining ingredients (EXCEPT Candy Bars). Beat 1 minute. Pour into greased and floured 13x9x2 in. pan. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until center springs back when lightly pressed. Place on cooling rack. Break chocolate bars into pieces, place on Hot cake. Let stand 1 minute; then spread softened chocolate to cover cake top. Let cool. Here's another easy one:
